Canceled appointments 4 hrs before your service will be charged 100% of your service. No call/ No shows will be charged 100% of the service and can potentially be blocked from future bookings. Late Policy: All clients have a 10 minutes grace period, after your grace period ends your appointment will have to be cancelled/rescheduled and you will be charged 100% of your service.
